Enga veetu morkuzhambu.
Morkuzhambu.
Needed:
For 1/2 litre volume.
1cup curd,1/2 tsp turmeric pr, salt 1/2 tsp,
1 ( Badhai )coconut piece, 1 tsp tur dal,2 green chilli,1/4 tsp jeeragam,
1/2 tsp kadugu,2tsp oil.
How to do:
Soak the turdal in 1/4 cup of water.
After 1 hr, grind the coconut pieces,dal,green chilli,jeeragam into a nice paste.
Now beat the curd in a mixie or hand beater.
Add 1 to 2 cups water to the beaten curd, tur.pr,salt,grinded paste..mix them well.
Place it on the stove and bring it to a boil..don't let it overflow out of the bowl.
Now splatter kadugu in oil and pour it in the kuzhambu..can add karuveplai,kothamalli
You can add salt as per your taste.
